1.2 We provide people with an opportunity to provide ratings and share reviews of their experiences after booking services for both Tattoo Studio and Tattoo artist.
1.3 We provide Tattoo Studios and Tattoo artists to advertise by uploading their artwork and other information related to their services. Tattoo artists are also eligible to use designated administration space that offers communication, time management, team management and client management services.

2. What information do we collect?

2.1 Any personal information which is required and provided by you upon registration form such as name, contact number, email address, home address, business address as well as information related to your tattoo expertise and/or desired styles.
2.2 Your personal information provided when applying for a job with us as a part of the application including, but not limited to, via a recruitment agency. In the process of making an application, you voluntarily choose to provide your sensitive personal information. Upon your job application, you must not share personal data that would be not necessary for and would not impact your progress of job application such as; political opinions, religious beliefs or specific information on your health. In act of a job being offered to you your data will be processed based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Should we need to contact any of the references for recommendations we will collect that data and follow the process according to GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
2.3 When you are utilising your subscription payment facility, we may store (ourselves or designated payment system) your credit and debit card details on a secure encrypted basis
2.4 Should you choose to communicate with us via any kind of method i.e. live chat, social media, phone, SMS communication, email this information will be recorded including a purpose contact, the content of contact as well as your contact details provided by you including your IP address.
2.4 Communications between customers and Tattoo Studios and/or studios are also secured for the purpose of comfort for both parties.
2.5 Information is also collected about your visits and use of our platform including of which device and browser are being used as well as your IP address and location. We also collect information relating to your identifier to advertisers the date and time that you visited, the duration of your visit, the referral source and website navigation paths of your visit and your interactions on the Platform including the salons and treatments you are interested in.
